Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment of purchase and the confirmation email, after this step the order is prepared for shipping.

Shipping time once order is processed:

 

  • Switzerland: 1 to 3 working days

  • Europe: 3 to 5 working days.

*The times indicated are to be considered indicative.

Destination Switzerland:

  • 9.- CHF or Free for orders over 80.- CHF!

Destination Europe:

  • + 15.- CHF Free for orders over 120.- CHF!

Replacement and Return Policy

It is possible to replace a purchased product.

The replacement request must be sent within 2 days from the date the order was delivered.

 

Conditions for return :

 

The items must NOT have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned including all labels and with packaging suitable for storing the product during transport.
 

All returned items are subject to inspection by South Beach Salento and must meet all parameters.

MELLONCINO'S reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in our returns policy.

 

Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange the product you have received, items that meet the conditions described above may be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

NO SUBSTITUTIONS FOR WRONG SIZE ORDERS! STANDARDIZED EUROPEAN SIZES!

Send an email to melloncino77@gmail.com notifying us of the problem and the reason, after reviewing the case we will proceed with giving you further instructions to complete the return process.

You will be responsible for shipping costs and will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and tracking.

Prepare the package as instructed:

 

Place the merchandise in its original wrapping.

Attach the waybill that the courier provides to the package (keep and send MELLONCINO'S the tracking number related to your order number for the return request).

Send it to our operating office.

*If the return request is made more than 14 days after receipt of the order, MELLONCINO'S reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

**If you purchased a sale item, please check availability when requesting a product size exchange.

How to Make Replacement for Exchange of a Failed Item (non-compliant product)

If you encountered an irregularity in the order you received, (failed product, different item from the one you ordered) send an email to the address following these instructions:

Indicate in the subject line of the email the order number and the problem encountered (FAILED PRODUCT/BAD ORDER NUMBER _______).

o Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.

o Provide a phone number at which to contact you.

o Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.

 

You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to resolve the problem.Once the extent of the problem is determined, if possible proceed to replacement follow the instructions below:

When will I receive the replacement?

 

Exchange deliveries take place within 5-6 business days from the day the return is delivered to MELLONCINO'S office.

 

Refunds are made by re-crediting the amount through the same method of payment used to make the purchase or by coupon. 

 

If possible you may change the method of refund.

 

 
You will be able to let us know which refund method you prefer when you are contacted by one of our operators to fulfill your return request.

 

Refunds are made with different timelines depending on the refund method you choose:

 

Coupon - within 1-2 business days or, if possible, immediate.

Business days are understood to be after the date of receipt of the return.

N.B.

All return methods are the responsibility of the customer, MELLONCINO'S will only bear the costs in case of damaged product.

(Any product leaving MELLONCINO'S premises WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED !)
